Speaker Timeline

You’ll be invited to choose from our pre-arranged event dates and venues. You’ll also select the topic for your keynote—either from our prepared options or based on an area you’re passionate about.

You’ll receive the finalized content for your keynote (if using our prepared materials), along with the pamphlet that will be distributed to participants at the event.

You’ll receive a compiled and lightly edited list of participant questions submitted via RSVP. These are organized to help you address as many as possible during the Q&A.

Please arrive at the venue. Our event staff will greet you, walk you through the setup, and ensure you’re comfortable before the session begins.

You’ll deliver a 20-minute keynote presentation on a Canadian immigration topic of your choice. You may select from our prepared topics or propose your own based on your expertise and interests.

You’ll lead an open Q&A session. Priority will be given to questions submitted in advance through RSVP. If time permits, you may also address questions asked on-site.
