Empowering Your Immigration Journey
Accessible Immigration Info
We are a community-driven group dedicated to enhancing access to immigration legal services. Through our “Donuts & Immigration Talk” gatherings, we connect individuals with licensed immigration professionals, offering free, general information and Q&A sessions in an open and welcoming environment.
How our Gatherings Work
1. Have a seat and grab a coffee
Settle in with a cup of coffee and some donuts and, if you have time, chat with other participants or our welcoming event staff before the session starts.
2. Keynote session (20 minutes)
Enjoy a brief presentation from a licensed immigration professional on recent topics or popular programs in immigration.
3. Q & A session (60 minutes)
Participate in an open Q&A where you can ask general or scenario-based immigration questions and get answers from the experts.

Some More Information About the Q&A Session
We structure our Q&A session to ensure that as many participants as possible receive valuable information within the limited time available.

Priority for Advance Questions
We give priority to questions submitted in advance through the RSVP. This ensures that some questions are addressed right away, and we encourage participants to RSVP with their questions early.
Maximizing Participation
We strive to answer questions from as many attendees as possible. To achieve this, we may limit the time allocated to each question and may not be able to address every question asked on the spot.
Merging Similar Questions
If multiple participants ask similar or identical questions, we merge them to provide a comprehensive answer. This helps us cover more topics efficiently and avoid repetition.
Generalizing Questions
We often reframe case-specific questions into more general ones that benefit the entire audience. This ensures that the information shared is relevant and useful to a broader group of attendees.
